Ingredients such as premium cattle throat, premium cattle stomach, and tender beef are highly recommended. About the sauces, you can try the homemade chili sesame oil and various chili powders for added flavor. The restaurant features private dining rooms where staff will assist customers with cooking and introduce the sauces.
